At Mihyar KSA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Mihyar account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.
Handover to Courier
A scheduled courier will contact you to collect the package from your address, or you can drop it off at any authorized Mihyar retail outlet across KSA.
Receive Refund
Once our quality team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
